The story revolves around the female protagonist named Ayano Aishi (also known as Yandere-chan), who struggles to kill anyone she believes is engrossing her crush’s attention. In ten days, the protagonist will kill ten rivals. You control Japanese schoolgirls, and you have developed a crush on a student named Taro Yamada, nicknamed Senpai.
You explore the open-ended world from a third-person perspective and use various tools and weapons to eliminate the rivals and earn points to progress. You can accomplish your tasks through different methods ranging from peaceful to violent, including kidnapping, gossip, betrayal, befriending, expulsion, faked death, and more. The game features six different modes, such as Sandbox, Story, Custom, Pose, Mission, etc., and serves as the sequel to the previous title.
