The title acts as the 10th installment in the series of WWE SmackDown vs. Raw and it is the sequel to predecessor, released in 2007. The gameplay is focuses on the Professional Wrestling Promotion, WWE (World Wrestling Entertainment). The title comes with new features such as Inferno Match, Tag Team Match, and more. There are four new modes available such as Road to WrestleMania, Create-a-Finisher, and more. One of the most prominent of the game is the improved Tag Team Match. In the start of the game, the player needs to select his professional wrestlers from available and jump into the ring to compete against several opponents. The game is played from a third-person viewpoint and the player has to take down opponent using his punching and kicking abilities. The player can hooks, jabs, dodge and block opponent’s attack. The game lets the player become a boxer and show off his abilities by taking down his competitors. It is played from a third-person perspective and the player can use multiple actions to beat his opponent. There are several stages available and the player must face off different competitor in each stage. The player will learn new abilities as the game progresses.
