The title acts as the part of the Worms video game series and it puts the player in control of a team of up to eight worms in the battle against opposing teams. Although the game introduces the same premise as the previous release, it involves the player controlling an army of worms and using a collection of weaponry, including dynamite, bazookas, grenades, cluster, and more. Many weapons can be used to remove the opposing teams of worms. The game introduces a completely new graphics system presented in cartoon-style, which has remained for the rest of the video game series. During the gameplay, the player has to command his team by following the turn-based format and then draw his attack during his turn to eliminate the opponent to make points. The points that the player earn can be used to upgrade the weapons and other equipment. With immersive gameplay, superb graphics, and prominent features, Worms 2 is a good game to play.

The player selects from a series of settings to fight in and create his own teams and schemes. The gadgets and weapons the player use in fight include missiles, homing missiles, grenades, cluster bombs, air strikes, and more. The game is split into rounds, and each worm starts the game with 100 hit points. The game is played in the turn-based system, in which the player takes his turn and plan his strategy and release his attack at opposing team to defeat them. Hogs of War mixes the Turn-based Tactics, Strategy, and Artillery-based elements developed by Infogrames Sheffield House and published by Infogrames. The game includes both Single-player and Multiplayer modes and available to play on multiple platforms. It takes place in the World War I where pigs engage in battle. To get into the world, the player has to create his squad by selecting the best playable characters and start fighting against enemies. In the game, the player must control individual members of his team during his turn to engage in combat, similar to Worm game. The player controls a single member in each turn to eliminate the member of opposing team using weapons. He explores the environment from a third-person perspective and can score the points to unlock further content in the game to become the master. In the start of Single-player mode, the player must select his nation and team of up to eight hogs whose name can be changed. The primary objective is to conquer the five other regions on the map, and each mission comprises five missions to accomplish. Hogs of War is the best game compared to other Turn-based, and Artillery-based video games.

Worms: Battle Islands is a Strategy, Artillery-based, Single-player and Multiplayer video game developed and published by Team17. The game focuses on turn-based gameplay, and it serves as the title in the marvellous series of Worm. Like the previous titles, the player commands the team of worms with an objective to take his turn to control the member and fire weapons on the destructible environment. The game is played from a side-scroll perspective. There are a huge variety of weapons, and the player can use while playing against another team. The game starts with the player choosing the team from available and jumping into the terrain with an aim to kill all the members of opposing team to win. During the turn, the player can select a weapon, aim and then release fire to destroy the targeted enemy. The level difficulty will increase as the player advances through the game.
