The story of the game revolves around the protagonist named as Ned Hubbard, a man who has implanted a wireless controller in his brain via a joypad. Now, the player must encounter the Sergeant at Arms, who informs him that he can find the answers to his all questions in the building. To get into the building, the player needs to join the Order of the Harvest Moon. But to participate, the player needs to complete a variety of tasks, ranging from vandalism to arson. The player must drive his vehicle around the inhabitants of the city on their daily needs. In the game, the ultimate task of the player is to pick up the passengers and drive them to their destinations to earn money. The vehicle of the player is constantly spinning in circles.
