Wild Arms 5 (known as Wild Arms: The Vth Vanguard in Japan) is a Role-playing and Single-player video game developed by Vision.Media and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. It is the 5th title in the series of Wild Arms and introduces the cameo appearances of characters from previous titles. The game takes place in the stunning gameplay focuses on combat and the playfield divided into seven hexagonal sections, some of which have unique properties. During the combat, the foes and the players can move to various hexagons during their turn. Like the previous installment, the game is set in the Filgaia’s world, where an alien race is ruling humans, landed on the world 100 years ago, known as the Veruni. According to the plot, the protagonist lives in a beautiful village away from the Turmoil. He wants to become a Golem Hunter and embarks on an epic adventure to fulfill his dreams with his friends. The world is explored from a third-person perspective, and the player can battle enemies using his special skills to earn experience points. There are lots of NPCs available in each quest to interact, and the player can solve puzzles and tasks to advances through the game.
