The game takes place in the European themed world during the event of Cold War in the years 1975 to 1985 with alternate history scenarios. The playable factions of the game are the Warsaw Pact, subdivided into Communist Poland, Soviet Union, and East Germany, and NATO, which is subdivided into the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and more. In the game, after selecting the faction, the player needs to select different units from the four sub-factions and struggle to unlock new units to improve the performance in the game to conquer the world. In the game, each country has its unique arsenal of weaponry and units. The game comes with a solo mode split into four campaigns known as Operations.
