Unworthy is an Action Role-playing, Adventure, and Single-player video game takes place in the 2D world where the player, along with his character, move from a side-scroll viewpoint. The game puts the player in the role of the protagonist who is searching the ruined landscapes to find out the meaning of his life. It offers hardcore combat-focused on Metroidvania but introducing no jumping element. As a warrior, the player is risen from the grave to travel a bleak and hostile world swarming with deadly creatures of nightmare. The character of the player is equipped with a sword and a shield which he can use to kill enemies to save his life once again from being lost. The game puts the determination, patience, and skill to the test, as the player struggles to battle against epic bosses, reveal potent weapons and unique abilities to prove his worth. The player navigates the world from a side-scroll perspective, and his main objective is to be master of all levels by defeating enemies and reaching the end.
