During the game, the player commands the player from a third-person viewpoint, and it needed to face the massive number of foes. The player is capable of using the shield as the primary weapon which can be thrown like boulders and javelins. During the gameplay, the player can kill enemies in the same manner as the original title, including the unique death cries, exploding bodies, and blood of the series.
