Until Dawn is a recently released Marvel and a brilliant new addition to the Action, Interactive Drama and Horror-Survival genres. Published by Sony Computer Entertainment, Until Dawn is set in the Western Canadian region and features eight teenagers who decide to spend the vacation on Fictional Blackwood Mountain. They planned the Holiday at the same point where their 2 friends were lost one year ago. Just moments after their arrival at the Blackwood Mountain, a Psychopath attacks them. The only way possible to live is to survive and this is the point where story involves you in the gameplay. In order to survive and to perform a number of tasks, Until Dawn lets you switch between all eight characters, make some of the most critical decisions and advance into the gameplay as the story tell you. Until Dawn offers an episodic touch to the game and lets you conclude the game with different endings all based up on the actions you perform and the decisions you make during the gameplay. This impressive game features a number of items that you can find while exploring the game world and use them to plan your survival or simply make a decision such as sacrificing a player for the sake of others, getting into trouble to get to an item or leap forward and encounter the psychopath etc. With a very horror filled game story and environment, dark clean visuals and a truly remarkable gameplay, Until Dawn is one of the best Action, Horror-Survival and Interactive Drama video game to play and enjoy.

The House of the Dead: Overkill is a super Horror Survival, Action-Adventure and Thrill packed First Person Shooter video game developed by Headstrong Games and published by Sega. The game is fifth inclusion to the series and is available to play on Wii, PC, PlayStation 3, iOS and Android platforms. The game kicks off with a military’s super human experiment gone bad. The experiment got declared as a huge failure and the military abandoned the underground bunker and the laboratory. A while back some disappearances occurred and the local authorities contacted the government. Government selected you to investigate the matter and a chopper dropped you out at the location. You as the protagonist Special Agent G started the investigation and discovered about the secret of the Mutants. The story of the game takes you to a lot of haunted spaces in the bunker and surroundings where you as the protagonist encounter and eliminate the mutants by using your weapons and combating techniques. Another top tier agent Issac joins the protagonist and the game takes another turn with a series of attacks from the mutants. The story paces on with the protagonist and Issac fighting and eliminating the mutants. The game concludes with the protagonist finding and eliminating the real cause of mutant outbreak. The House of the Dead: Overkill provides with a similar game-play to its predecessors and most of the characters and game characteristics are drawn also from the previous games in the series. With an episodic nature of the game, The House of the Dead: Overkill offers a well-written story-line, enhanced visuals and mechanics and an immersive game-play to enjoy.

Cursed Mountain comes with Action-Adventure, Horror-Survival, and Third-person elements, developed by Sproing Interactive Media and published by Deep Silver. The game has Single-player mode only and it is available to play on Nintendo Wii. It mainly revolves around a mountaineer, who are looking for his lost brother in the Himalayas. The environment of the game takes place in the late 1980s, due to lack of technology, the entire game’s course takes place on the mountain, known as Cholomolonzo. The protagonist named as Eric Simmons, is summed to climb the mountain in the Himalayas. According to the plot, the mountain is populated by Sherpas. As the storyline advances, the player discovers that his brother has gone missing on a mountain after being sent by Edward Bennett to retrieve the Terma, the magical artifact, recently revealed to be the mountain’s top. The combat system of the game comprises encounters with angry souls of climbers and monks who are stuck in Bardo, the spiritual realm. In the game, the player needs to stun foes and make gestures using the Nintendo Wii Remote to free the souls. With brilliant gameplay, compelling storyline, and stunning visuals, Cursed Mountain is the best game to play.
