Unreal Tournament is an Action-Adventure, Shooter, Simulation, Single and Multilayer video game developed by Epic Games. It serves as the second installment in the Unreal series and offers similar gameplay to the last release by introducing advanced weapons. Throughout the gameplay, the player needs to kill as many opponents as possible in the playfield to be the winner.
While inspecting the world, the player views the surroundings from a first-person perspective. In the single-player mode, the player will come to face plenty of AI bots while the practice mode allows the player to make the practice of shooting. Plenty of weapons, such as enforcers, rocket launchers, rippers, and fire-makers, are there to challenge the opponents.
The player must grab the items, such as body armor, health packs, and damage amplifiers, to reduce the damage and recover the lost health. It has five different game modes, such as Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Assault, and Domination, where each mode has unique gameplay.

The game has various game modes, such as story mode, arcade mode, unlockable challenge mode, and map designer mode that allows the player to create the desired map. Story mode allows the player to follow through a story as a single-player or get help from an additional character. It has a series of levels where each level contains three different kinds of challenges to complete and get to advance.
The game has 18 characters with different abilities and appearance where the game allows the player to select two characters for each specific mission. In the arcade mode, almost four teams take part where each team has four players to play against each other.
As the player finishes the story mode, a challenge mode unlocks that offers several challenges and a time limit in which the player must complete all the challenges. The core features of the game are Four Modes, Several Levels, Challenges, First-person Perspective, and Eighteen Characters.
