Two Point Hospital
Two Point Hospital is a Single-player and Multiplayer Business Simulation created by Two Point Studios and published by Sega for Multiple Platforms. The game acts as the spiritual successor to Theme Hospital video game, released in 1997. It requires the player to create and operate his private hospital with an objective of curing the patients of comical ailments. It provides the player with similar gameplay style to the Theme Hospital and in the game, the player can assumes the role of the manager of the hospital, who is charged with maintaining and constructing the hospital. The tasks include expanding the hospital into new areas, creating rooms and amenities, hiring and management of nurses, doctors, assistants, and etc. to maintain the hospital. During the gameplay, the player will deal a variety of comical illness and discovers the new and unique comical conditions, including Pandemic, Light-Headquarters, Mock Star, and more. New elements to the game are included such as hospital levels and star rating system. In the game, each hospital has a variety of objectives that the player needs to complete at any cost to earn as much money as possible.

Zoo Tycoon is 2001’s wonderful business Simulation by Blue Fang Games. The game tasks the players to manage a zoo, make profit and eventually by growing up, become a zoo tycoon and enjoy collecting wealth resources and enjoy. Zoo tycoon is available to play on Only XBox Platforms so it offers a bit of different gameplays for both of the devices. In the XBox Version of the game, it offers a 15 hour long campaign mode in which you can enjoy the freedom of exploration (Infinity Mode) and the game will task you to complete a number of small tasks. The XBox version of the game also features Kinect-based gameplay that offers more detailed gameplay and loads of fun. However, in the XBox 360 version of the game allows you to enjoy a bit of different gameplay in which you can have almost 65 different animals in the game world, and the game offer a bit of inferior visual details and it only features Single Player mode.
