The game introduces a beautiful cast of anime/manga characters from which the player controls his favorite one to jump into the game to face off opponents in one-on-one matches. Each character possesses unique skills, abilities, and personality that the player can use his selected player in the game to defeat rival characters to be the last to win. The game mainly revolves around girl fighters, instead of the man who partakes in the Twinkle Queen Tournament. There are several modes, including Battle Royale and each puts the fighting skills of the player to test. Jump into the one-on-one matches, use the unique abilities, and take on opponents to win and claim the rewards. Both characters are equipped with health gauge displaying the heath. The character will lose the match whose health bar decreases to zero. With immersive gameplay, superb mechanics, and beautiful controls, Twinkle Queen is a fascinating game to play.

The game introduces the fighting mechanics and lets you choose your favorite character from available and jump into the fight to face deadly opponents to advance. It takes place in the 3D environment, and the main gameplay supports up to two distinctive fighting styles such as Quick Style and Hard Style. Each offers unique gameplay and a set of combos that the player can perform while fighting against enemies. Once the player reaches to Overdrive mode, the character might get extra speed or defense.
