The game offers the alternative history, in which Winston Churchill dies, eight years before the beginning of WWII where the game takes place. The player can get into the role of the protagonist named as Dan Carson, who is a construction worker in New York and has no relation to the Military. Unlike other war games, the primary aim of the player isn’t to assist the allies to win the battle but merely survive as long as possible in a war environment as a resistance fighter against enemies known as Nazi Germany. It has both Single and Multiplayer modes. The player fights against enemies using military weapons in the detailed environment to fulfill his missions. Throughout the game, the player assumes the role of a protagonist named Samus Aran, who has to investigate a mysterious message from the Cluster. While exploring the world, the player views the character from the first-person perspective.
The player equips a power suit that allows him to access his gunship from anywhere in the field. The player can scan any object, and the gunship will return relevant information retrieved from its database. An Arm Cannon is there on the Power Suit, which can help the player to attack enemies. To enter small tunnels, Samus can roll into a ball that decreases the size.
In the form of a ball, the player receives unlimited bombs but can use three at a time to defend or destroy small objects. The game features a multiplayer mode that supports up to four players who can chat with each other. The player can control six hunters in a single-player campaign.
