According to the plot, the Team Rainbow is called to the New York City to battle against a terrorist group known as True Patriots. As the populist militia group, the terrorist groups have taken it to act as jury, judge, etc. on behalf and revenging the victims of what they discover as Wall Street Corruption. The game is played from a first-person view, and the player takes on the role of the protagonist with a job of the complete the missions to advance through the game. To make the situation more critical, the leader of the Team Rainbow named James Wolfe, the ex-Navy SEAL who believes ethics are irrelevant while dealing with the terrorist group.
