The game takes place in the fictional world threatened by horror, and it puts the player in the role of the protagonist named as Jackie Estacado. On the twenty-first birthday of the protagonist, he is targeted for assassination by his uncle named as Paulie Franchetti, revolving around a failed task to recover the money. As the protagonist hiding in a bathroom, a dark force that has lived with his family for several years controls the body of the protagonist and kills the remaining mobsters. Using his abilities, the player needs to destroy the business of Paulie by slaughtering his drug peddler such as Dutch Oven Harry, and more.
