The game places the player in charge of the protagonist and assigns him the task of climbing the stone walls to reach the top of each. It takes place in the stunning environment where the player as the protagonist can navigate the environment from a first-person viewpoint, and his ultimate objective is to overcome challenging obstacles, dodge hurdles, and struggle to climb the mountains to reach its top. Once the player reached the top, the game leads the player to the next level where he faces off more challenges and gets an opportunity to show off his skills to become the master. Ice Climber is a Platform, Single-player and Multiplayer video game played from a vertical scroll, developed and published by Nintendo. The game introduces two character named Nana and Popo, who ventures up thirty-two snowy mountains to retrieve the stolen vegetables from a massive condor. In the starting, the first player controls Popo, a boy equipped with a blue Eskimo Parka, while the 2nd player controls Nana, a girl wearing a pink one. There is only a tool that they can carry is a mallet to carve openings in the ice above. Each level of the game contains up to eight layers of colourful ice, as well as a bonus stage. There are many levels and the primary objective of the player in each level to reach the top at any cost while playing the game to become the master. The game features up to twenty-four mountains to dominate. The player will receive points for each conquered level and can challenge his friends to beat his record of best points.
