Switchball focuses on Puzzle-Platform, Exploration, and Third-person Perspective gameplay created by Atomic Elbow and published by Sierra Online. The game has both Single and Multiplayer modes and takes place in 3D detailed environments. The player is cast by the game for the role of the marble, and his main task is to guide it through narrow courses fixed in mid-air and divided into five different environments such as Caveworld, Lavaworld, Skyworld, Cloudworld and Iceworld. The player has the power to jump, roll, and interact with objects. Each course offers different traps and obstacles like wooden blocks, spinning fans, sheets of clothes, and cannons. There is a time limit for each level, and the player must complete every level before time runs out.
