Throughout the game, the player takes on the role of a surgeon, whose main mission is to cure the patients through surgical operations. While performing surgery, the player views the environment from a first-person perspective.
The player has to use mouse movement for the control of the player’s hand. By holding down the right mouse button and moving the mouse, a player can rotate the hand. The left mouse button can lower the player’s hand. The arrow and spacebar keys serve as corresponding digits for grasping items.
The game consists of various surgical operations such as heart transplantation, kidney failure, etc. The player needs to use the perfect tools for the operations as the wrong attempt can make the operation unsuccessful.
