There are up to sixteen civilizations, and the player can choose one of them to get into the world to start his game. Each civilization has its different leader and has a variety of special bonus such as technology, special ability, and a great person. In Single-player mode, the player plays against AI while in Multiplayer mode, the player can compete against up to four players.
