Suikoden V is a Role-playing and Single-player video game released by Konami for PlayStation 2. The game loosely focuses on the Chinese novel known as Shui Hu Zhuan by Shi Nai’an. It takes place in the fantasy-based world, and the story revolves around the protagonist and his struggle to travel around the globe, creating allies and dealing with the nation’s problems. There are a variety of characters, with more than six characters are playable in combat, and other are useable to help or hinder the protagonist in a series of ways. The player must explore the world, progress through the plot by completing quests and interacting with NPCs. In Town, the player needs to collect information, improved his weapons, learn new tricks and skills, and purchase equipment. The game rewards the player with experience points, as the story progresses. The player can use his points to unlock further content, characters, and upgrades to become the master.
