SubSpace
SubSpace is a 1995 Action, 2D Space Shooter and Single-player video game created by Burst Studios and published by Virgin Interactive. The game mixes the massively multiplayer online with quasi-realistic zero-friction physics elements. It has no story or a variety of specific goals, the player has an abilities to enter a series of servers and each server has different maps, graphics, sound effects and objectives. There are eight spaceship available and the game starts with the player selecting his/her one of eight ships equipped with weapons and multiple special abilities. During the gameplay, the player interact with each zones, split into multiple areas to fulfill the objectives to move to the next stage. In the game, each arena is fought between two teams where the enemy ships appear as blue while the friendly ships appear as yellow. Each zone in the game has its unique style of gameplay, basic mechanics, and more. Spider, Javelin, Warbird, Terrier, Lancaster, etc. are prominent ships in the game to select and pilot.
