Steel Panthers is a Tactical, War, Strategy, Single-player, and Multiplayer video game developed by Strategic Simulations. Throughout the game, the player has to battle the historical war events like WWII, Western Front, etc. the game has a top-down perspective where the player can move the soldiers randomly on a hexagon map.

Infantry units require a squad in which the player has to allocate eight to twelve soldiers, whereas the units, like snipers, do not demand any squad. In solo mode, the player faces AI opponents, but in the hot seat online battles, there is a competition between the players. It features realistic military control that ranges from the smallest units such as squads to a hundred size force.

The player is responsible for everything, such as from simple ammunition usage to the command-chain of his troops. The game features multiple playable modes such as single-battle scenarios, battle generator, campaign generator, and online multiplayer. The game’s core features are Multiple Scenarios, Real-time Strategy, Several Modes, Troops, and Tactical Battles.
