Star Wars: X-Wing Alliance is a Single-player and Multiplayer Space Simulation developed by Totally Games and published by LucasArts for PC. The multiplayer mode of the game is focused on Star Wars: X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter. However, the game presents the epic storyline of the Azzameen family of space traders. In the game, the player takes on the role of the protagonist, named Ace Azzameen who is the youngest of the kids, juggling military duty as a pilot for the Rebel Alliance. Apart from the massive badges and medals for dominating missions, the featured is shared by other titles of the series. However, the game is marked as the first release of the series to provide the players with full voiceover soundtrack. In the game, the flight control is upgraded from the previous versions, enabling the player to connect his or her energy weapons to fire together. The player navigates the environment from a first-person perspective, and his main objective is to dominate the world, battle against enemies, and make in-game currency to advance through the story. The game is designed for three to six local players, each player using a computer that offers a unique spaceship bridge station such as engineer and helm control. First computer runs the game and shows the main screen while other computers works as workstations for the normal tasks like communication, weapon control and more. One of six players assume the role of the captain while other players take on the role of the soldier and their task is to explore the space environment from a third-person perspective by controlling a spaceship. There are a collection of built-in missions that the player must complete at any cost to earn points and progress through the game. It has multiple spaceship available and each spaceship has different abilities, and stats.
