Spot It! Mean Machines is a Puzzle, Hidden Object, Single and Multiplayer video game with Strategy elements developed and published by Big John Games for Nintendo DS. The game offers a thrilling gameplay based on the popular book series known as Spot-It, published by Capstone Press. In the game, the player needs to locate the objects hidden in cleverly arranged scenes. It offers vibrant graphics and different levels with increasing difficulties. During the gameplay, the player uses the stylus to interact with the hidden object and navigate the massive area around the player. Zoom Out feature are available in the game to watch the scene in detail. Using the Pass around Play features, the player can compete against his friend for the high scores. Up to four players can take part in a puzzle simultaneously to find more than ten objects. Each player must spot the object and pass it to the next player. There are three level difficulties such as Easy, Medium and Insane.
