Spider-Man: Edge of Time is an Action-Adventure, Platform, and Single-player video game developed by Beenox and published by Activision. The game offers exciting gameplay based on the superhero Spider-Man. The title is described as the sequel to Spider-Man: Shattered Dimensions, released in 2010. The story starts with the protagonist named Peter Parker fighting against Anti-Venom, who slaughters him. Going to the flashback to the beginning of the event, in the year Spider-Man 2099 interrogates Alchemax scientist. The protagonist finds out Sloan unholy plans while spying on him, to traverse back in time to maintain the scientist year before its time, enabling him to recreate the organization. The game offers the similar gameplay to its predecessor, and it puts the player in the role of the superhero, who can use his special abilities to take down enemies. There are thirty different enemies available to take down, and the game introduces the hyper-sense mode, enabling the player to move quickly. The game was played from an isometric, and the player could click to move his selected character and attack foes to smash and build various Lego objects.
