The game uses the point-and-click interface and takes place in the 3D environment where the player acts as a nurse who recently got a small job in-house, which is to take care of an old person for a night. The house where the player is working was recently bought. The home doesn’t have electricity due to old wires which need to need to be replaced. For lighting up the house, the owner of the house has set four devices. These devices had stable during development, but there is something wrong in the house that’s making the devices unstable. The primary objective of the player is to explore the environment to make the devices in working position and don’t let them run out of power, because something is hiding in the night. Sophie’s Curse includes bone-chilling gameplay with terrible scenes, smooth controls, and first-person exploration that is really horrible. Check it out, if you have enough guts to face off terror.

It is the 3rd title in the series of Fatal Frame and takes place two years after the original title and introduces both new and old characters in the game. The game takes place in the new haunted locations and puts the player into the role of the female protagonist, who uses a Camera to dispel and photograph ghosts. The player navigates the world in the third-person view in either the real world or the manor of sleep. The game contains several chapters known as Hours, and each chapter is split into night and day sequence. In the beginning, Rei the protagonist moves to her house, where she encounters his friends and other characters and developing images taken from the Manor of Sleep. During sleeping, the protagonist can get into the world of her dream to fulfill his objectives. In specific episodes, the player plays as either Kei or Miku, and their dreams split into sections from the earlier titles. Each character has its unique abilities and personality. With brilliant mechanics, thrilling gameplay, and amazing soundtracks, Fatal Frame III: The Tormented is the best game to play and enjoy.
