Snow Bros is a 1990 Arcade, Platform, Co-op and Single-player video game developed by Toaplan and published by Capcom. The gameplay is similar to Bubble Bobble released by Taito in 1986. The story revolves around two snowmen named as Nick and Tom. There are a variety of levels filled with enemy, and obstacles. Your ultimate task is to control your character throughout levels, throw snow at the enemies to freeze them and hit the snowball to smash the foes. You must throw snow at each enemy until it is covered, when it transforms into a snowball, then hit it to crush other enemies. The game consists of over fifty levels, and you have to face a boss after nine levels. There are different power-ups such as Red bottle, blue bottle, yellow bottle, and green bottle. Red bottle enhances your speed, blue bottle increases the amount of snow, yellow offers the ability to throw your snow at a high distance, and green causes to turns your character into balloon while having the ability to fly across the screen to smash enemies. The game offers an exciting gameplay based on the titular comic strip of MAD Magazine. In the unique story mode, the game offers two spies such as Black and White, and comes with additional two other modes such as classic and Modern, and the multiple mode of the game supports up to four-player. The player can select between white spy and black spy to accomplish a variety of missions full of puzzles and a cast of foes, including the enemy spy, controlled by AI.
