SimCity 2000 is a City Building and Single-player video game created and published by Maxis. The game is the 2nd installment in the series of SimCity and offers the isometric perspective instead of top-down viewpoint. The land of the game has different elevations, and underground layers introduce for subways and water pipes. Different new kinds of facilities such as schools, marinas, libraries, prisons, and hospitals are available in the game. Now, the player can create roads, highways, railway tracks, and bus depots to advance through the game. During the gameplay, the player will find out nine different types of power plants, including nuclear, natural gas, coal, and more. Most of the power plants have a limited lifespan and must be reconstructed after the period. The game puts the player in the role of the major who must create a beautiful city and provide all the facilities of its citizen. He can also create highways to neighbouring cities in order to increase the trade and population.
