Sewer Shark is a Rail Shooter, Adventure, Full Motion Video, and Single-player video game developed by Digital Pictures and published by Sony Imagesoft. The game serves as the first title on the home console to use the FMV for its basic gameplay. It takes place in the post-apocalyptic future where the landscape of the game has forced humanity to live underground environment. The player steps into the shoes of the protagonist, a rookie pilot in the team of Sewer Jockeys, whose ultimate job is to eliminate the dangerous mutated beings to keep the huge network of sewers clean for Solar City, an island from which the evil commander issues the orders. The co-pilot of the player is a ghost, who evaluates the performance of the player throughout the game, while a small robot known as Catfish scouts ahead and shows the direction. After some levels, the player is guided by Falco, a female jockey who knows that there is a secret path to the surface. Falco is later abducted by the evil, who invades to turn her into his mindless mutated minion. Check it out, and have fun.

There are a series of levels, and the player needs to complete each one by solving the tricky puzzles. In the game, the player is able to freely move across the areas of the world to find items and use when needed.
