Section 8 is a First-person Shooter, Single-player and Multiplayer video game developed by TimeGate Studios and published by SouthPeak Games for Multiple Platforms. In the game, all playable characters are equipped with armor suits which offer damage absorption and augmented mobility. During the gameplay, the player can use overdrive feature to move horizontally at sound speeds or activate the vertical thrusters to achieve new heights. The game includes Single-player campaign, known as Corde’s Story that enables you to advance through the game as a character named Alex Corde of the eighth Armored Infantry. There are a lot of challenging missions, and several tasks are set on the arid planet called New Madrid, and late is set on the temperate world. Up to eight objective-based missions are available in the Single-player campaign, and all are set on the same maps as multiplayer that act as a tutorial to the player for multiplayer play. This time, the game puts you in charge of Private named Preston Marlowe and assigns a task to steal gold from mercenaries along with your team, amidst of the US and Russia. A sequel of this title, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, was released on March 2010. In the game, you can hold one primary weapon and can use against enemies to kill them. When you play the game, you have a chance to use melee weapons as well as secondary weapons to improve your abilities. The multiplayer mode supports up to 24 players, and you can team up with them or invite your friends to play with you as a team in this game to shoot their way through a set of missions to kill the opposing team. There are several character classes, such as Assault, Demolition, Recon, Specialist, and Support.
