Scooby-Doo: Showdown in Ghost Town is an Adventure, Detective, Puzzle, and Single-player video game published by The Learning Company for Microsoft Windows. The game brings challenging gameplay, revolving around a gang which is stopped for a snack at Los Burritos. Soon they find out that town is haunted by a phantom called the Faceless Rider, a mysterious creature with glowing eyes. The main part of the game starts after the gang have reached the town where they found something strange. After that, they decide to find the truth behind the scene and solve the mystery by completing a set of levels. The game is played from a third-person perspective, and the player can interact with non-player characters to explore the event and then find clues to solve the mystery by capturing the mysterious being. During the gameplay, the player will encounter new screens and characters that will provide clues and information. At different points, the player will encounter puzzles, including a tapped character. Several mini-games are also featured that the player can enjoy while playing the game.
