Saga Frontier 2 is a Role-playing and Single-player video game created and published by Square for PlayStation platform. The game is the 8th title in the series of Saga, and it introduces an art-style unique to the series, using the hand-painted watercolour and characters to offer the game a storybook-like feel. Like other installments of the game, it offers non-linear gameplay, offering the player several paths to follow to complete the quest. The game takes place in the fictional world of Sandail, the story, locations and the characters of the game are heavily drawn from medieval Anglo-Saxon and Germanic influence. The pot is split into two stories, with the player given a choice to control either William Knight or Gustave XIII. As the William Knight, the player needs to interrogate the death of his parents, or as Gustave III, the player is on an epic quest to reclaim his throne, both stories intertwining in the massive plot incorporating the world’s fate. SaGa Frontier 2 includes prominent features, addictive gameplay, and superb mechanics.

The game becomes tough to play, as the player advanced through the game. It enables the player to sail the world of the ocean as she or he wishes, exploring a variety of ports and discovers new items to become the master. The game is played from an isometric perspective and includes a variety of levels with increasing difficulty.
