Retro Game Challenge is a Mini-Game and Single-player video game developed by Indieszero and published by Namco Bandai Games for Nintendo DS. The game is based on the TV series GameCenter CX and Shinya Arino. In the game, the player starts by choosing the character from a boy and a girl in order to play retro games. The Dino Arino provides the player with four challenges to accomplish in each game. Each mini-game is original, but with sound, graphics and gameplay elements which make it look retro or old. Some game’s parts are inspired by actual challenges that Arino needs to face off in his TV episodes. There are lots of mini-games available, and the player can select his favourite one to play. The ultimate task of the player in each game is to earn points by completing tasks and challenge his friends to beat his record.
