Record of Lodoss War: Advent of Cardice is an Action Role-playing and Single-player video game developed by Neverland Co. and published by Kadokawa Shoten. It offers gorgeous gameplay based on an anime series of the same name, serving as only Lodoss video game to be launched outside Japan. The game takes place in the fantasy world where the player takes on the role of the protagonist who must navigate the environment, fighting against, and complete the quests to earn experience points to level. The storyline revolves around adventures of an epic hero who has been resurrected by a wizard wart to take down Cardice, a dark goddess of destruction. The player can move across the world from an isometric perspective and can take down enemies using his mighty sword and spells. During the game, the player interacts with NPCs, environment and other objects to advance through the game. The player character receives points for killing each monster and enemy. Untold Legends: The Warrior’s Code is an Action Role-playing and Single-player video game, serving as the sequel to a handheld video game, titled Untold Legends: Brotherhood of the Blade. The game was released in 2006 by Sony Online Entertainment for PlayStation Portable. It offers similar gameplay to its previous title but comes with five new character classes, improved controls, a variety of multiplayer modes, deep character customization and, more. In the game, the player experience the brilliant blend of Action RPG and Hack-and-Slash gameplay focuses on action-oriented combat. The game takes place in the 3D environment where the player as the hero needs to navigate the world, battle against enemies, and smash them using his hack-and-slash skills his way through a set of levels. There are PvP modes, and the game brings full co-op gameplay to players that allow them to team up with another player to complete the game. Unlike the previous title, the game grants the player an ability to play the game online in infrastructure mode.
