The plot of the game introduces the rogue Chinese General named as Wu Xing as the main antagonist. The protagonist of the game named as David Jones, an agent of the Institute for Geotactical Intelligence, was set out on an epic mission to the Carpathian Mountains to recover the EMP chips robbed by a team of Russian Mafia. The player takes on the role of the protagonist, who can explore the world from a first-person perspective, use a huge arsenal of weaponry, and battle against enemies to score the points.
