Progear is a Shooter, Single-player and Two-player video game developed by Cave and published by Capcom. The game features a steampunk-themed style and art design. The game uses the side-scroll perspective for navigation. It takes place in the 3D environment full of enemies and challenging obstacles represented in the form of polygonal propellers and toy blocks. It also features a level editor, which lets the player make his custom levels including levels from scratch. In the game, the player controls an aircraft on a 2D plane. The debris falls off the screen as the player defeats enemies. If the player successfully manages to touch the debris, then the game grants the player extra mass and firepower.
