Professor Layton and the Unwound Future
Professor Layton and the Unwound Future (also known as Professor Layton and the Lost Future) serves as the 3rd title in the first compilation of the Professor Layton Puzzle video game series, released by Level-5. According to the storyline, the professor Layton encounters an older version of his apprentice, named as Luke, who brings Layton to a brutal future he wishes him to help. Like the previous title, the game focuses on Adventure and Puzzle genre and brings the challenging gameplay where the player struggles to solve puzzles provided by the local citizens to advance through the story and around thirty-two minutes of FMV. During the gameplay, the player moves around the game through locations and images and can use the DS touchscreen to interact with NPCs to start a discussion or to obtain tricky puzzles. The goal of the player is to score the points by completing the tasks and use to unlock further content.
