The game focuses on the character, who finds his town in chaos. In the game world, everyone has gone mad and is just attacking each other. In the game, the player assumes the role of the protagonist, who must survive in the streets, find his beloved girlfriend, uncover the secrets behind the scene, and get the hell out of his town in the live-action interactive movie game. During the game, the player must press buttons because his life depends on it. There are over thirty-five minutes of footage available with amazing graphics, looking like real life. The game introduces twenty-nine unique way to die, and in the game, the player needs to uncover the secrets behind the madness in a dozen stories that reflect the player choices. There is a dynamic dialogue system available that built key spoken sentence on the fly to reflect the actions and performance of the player, offering for a dynamic experience in an interactive movie.
