Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team is a Role-playing, Rough-like and Single-player video game created by Chunsoft and published by The Pokémon Company for Nintendo platform. Like previous entries, the game focuses on procedurally changing dungeons which require being navigated by you and your companion Pokémon using turn-based moves. The plot revolves around the human who has been turned into a Pokémon and has created amnesia who later team-up with a rescue allies while locating who they are. There are sixteen different Pokémon such as Squirtle, Totodile, Treecho, Meowth, Eevee, and more. Each has its unique skill, power, and personality. The player can take on the role of the protagonist, and his main aim is to navigate the world to fulfill his missions and receive points. The game unlocks other levels and missions, as the player advanced. According to the story, the protagonist finds himself in the strange world where he can interact and speak with Pokemon.
