Phantasy Star is a Role-playing and Single-player video game developed and published by Sega. The game tells a story of Alis who embarks on an epic journey to take down an evil ruler of her star system called King Lassic. To complete her missions the player needs to travel between planets, establishing a party of fighters and gathering the items she requires to avenge the death of her brother and restore the peace to the star system. The gameplay introduces the traditional JRPG elements, including experience points and random encounters. The perspective will be changed to a top-down viewpoint when the player is navigating the overworld and also alters to a first-person perspective when the player engaged in a fight or navigating dungeons. When navigating the land, the player can venture into a town to purchase weapons and items he required to take down enemies.
