Payback 2 is an Adventure, Simulation, Open-world, and Single-player video game developed by Apex Designs Entertainment for mobile platforms. Throughout the game, the player takes on the role of an unnamed character who has to complete limitless missions of weapons. The third-person perspective lets the player control the character easily and see everything properly.

Identical to GTA, the player can simulate anywhere, but he must focus on the mission first. A map at the top left corner of the screen lets the player determine his position in the narrow streets. Payback 2 has simple controls such as using a joystick; the player can move the character. The character has a default gun, but the player can use advanced guns for more challenging tasks.

The game has rifles, snipers, grenades, and other weapons to ensure real-time gangster life. Some of the missions are racing scenarios such as taxi races, trucks, races, car races, etc. The player can play against a rival gang and must get rid of as many enemies as possible. The player can use different elements to complete the mission.
