Pathologic is an Adventure, First-person Shooter and Survival video game with Role-playing elements developed by Ice-Pick Lodge and published by Buka Entertainment. The story of the game revolves around three different protagonists who are known by their nicknames such as Haruspex, Bachelor, and Devotress. Each of them struggles to reveal the source of the strange disease called Sand Plague that threatened the environment. The game takes place in the perpetual world, where the player must select his character, and jump into the strange world where he has to uncover the secret behind the mystery. There are twelve days available in the game, and the player will receive new quests from NPCs each day that the player has to complete at any cost to progress through the story. A hard mode is also available in which the player is confined to a small camp and try to survive against the massive hordes of zombies.
