Need For Speed 2 is a 1997 Racing, Single-player and Multiplayer video game created by EA Canada and published by Electronic Arts. The title acts as the part of the Need for Speed video game series and it is the 2nd entry in the series. Like the previous title, the game enables the player to race exotic vehicles, either against AI-controlled opponents or other players via a Local Area Network, in Split-screen, or serial connection. The game three different modes such as Single Race mode, Tournament mode, and the Knockout mode. The Single Race mode enables the player to start the race by selecting the course and the car and struggle to accomplish all singe races. The player can modify the number of opponents and as well as the laps’ number. The game has eight different real-life sports cars which the player can select, drive and race against rivals. The player explores the environments from either a first-person or a third-person view.
