The game serves as the 22nd title in the long-running series of Nancy Drew and the game puts the player in the role of the female protagonist who must solve the challenging mystery through interrogating of suspects, find clues, solving tricky puzzles and more. It has two different types of gameplay such as Junior Detective and Senior Detective modes, and each mode offers a different difficulty level and a set of hints. It offers a compelling story, in which a set of equipment meltdowns have been plaguing a storm research team.
