Nancy Drew: Alibi in Ashes is an Adventure, Point-and-Click, and Single-player video game developed by Her Interactive for Mac and Microsoft Windows. The game acts as the 25th installment in the series of Nancy Drew and comes with improved mechanics, gameplay and graphics. In the game, the player assumes the role of the fictional amateur sleuth named as Nancy Drew and must struggle to solve a variety of mystery through interrogation of cases, suspects, discovering clues, and more. It takes place in the fictional environment where the player can explore the landscapes from a first-person perspective and can interact with non-player characters and object to get information about the case. The story of the game loosely based on two books such as The Clues and False Impressions. According to the story, the protagonist returns to her home of River Heights to accomplish the annual clue challenge in the town along with her friend named as Ned. There are a variety of levels that the player must complete proving his detective skills by controlling the female protagonist.
