Muhammad Ali Heavyweight Boxing is a Sports, Single-player and Multiplayer video game created by Park Piece Productions and published by Virgin Games in 1992. The game introduces the Muhammad Ali and nine other heavyweight boxers as playable characters. The gameplay is presented using the combination of a 3D Ring and 2D Spirits which enables boxers to move across the ring. The game features a career mode, enabling the player selects his playable character to battle against ten boxers of the game. The selected boxer of the payer starts the game at rank ten in the division and battles his way through others to achieve the high rank. During the battles, punches to be thrown, including crosses, hooks, jabs, etc. The game has Simulation mode, in which the player can select any punch with either hand, while in Arcade mode, the player selects which type of punch to throw. The game acts the sequel to the previously released title, Fight Night Round 2 by EA Sports. It comes with several improvements such as better gameplay and graphics. There are many professional boxers available, and the player can select his favourite one to jump into the ring in order to fight against an opponent. Each boxer has its unique skills, weakness and strength that the player can use in his favour. The ultimate task of the player is to use his kicking and punching abilities to attack an opponent while taking down to win the round. In Career mode, the player to fight against other boxers to gain popularity to reach the sponsored fights, or to be selected on ESPN. Unlike the previous games, the game defaults without a HUD (Heads-up display), enabling the player to judge the status of his stamina and energy. The game features twenty-seven licensed boxers to select and play. Fight Night Round 3 is the best game to play.
