During the gameplay, the player takes the role of an unnamed protagonist, where his main task is to serve as a survivor and rescue a girl from Mr. Meat who wants to kill her. Mr. Meat contains no soul and feelings for humanity; he kills people to fulfill his thirst for blood. He has come to the players nearby and starts to hunt the people in the colony.
