Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is an Action-Adventure, RPG, Multiplayer, and Single-player video game offered by CAPCOM Co, Ltd. During the gameplay, the player takes on the role of a hunter whose primary purpose is to hunt or trap down the epic monsters. The player serves as a member of the Research Commission and sets off to a secret mission of killing the beasts through the new land of Astera. The player battles against the monsters from the third-person perspective.

The game offers fourteen different weapons, such as sword, bow, hammer, gun, riffles, snipers, and a lot more for hunting. The player can grab various tools in the playfield or purchase new items from the store by using game currency. There are six central regions in the Astera, and the hunter needs to explore all the areas conquering one after another. The player will find some traces such as bones, floras, ores, and much more that will lead the player to the monsters.

The game introduces a new weapon named Mantle, which the player can use for a limited time only in a critical situation. The day-night cycle and the environmental strategies a player can use will affect the behavior of the monsters. The player must maintain its health by finding various resources such as water and food; if the player’s health becomes zero, he will get back to the town and come again at the same space with fewer rewards and weapons.

The player can likewise purchase or offer products to deal with the stock, make new hardware, and procure new journeys. The multiplayer mode allows the player to hunt in a group of four members through the online system. The game also provides a Slinger to every player at the start, which the player can use to fire rocks.
