The game enables the player to operate the realistic train on different routes in Asia, the United States and Europe. During the gameplay, the player needs to stop and start the train using the mouse to deal with passengers. The player experiences the driving gameplay from a first-person perspective and can use the realistic train control to explore the land. The game offers an open-ended world where the player can drive the train on tracks, take turns, and struggle to take the passengers to their destination to earn money. He can use his money to unlock more powerful engines to load more passengers, and the player must stop the train at the station to avoid an accident.
