Metropolismania is a mix of Strategy and City-building elements created by Indi and published by Media Factory. The game supports Single-player mode and the primary object of the game is to communicate with non-player characters to populate multiple towns. It features a variety of characters divided into different categories and each category has some variation from color to clothes. At the beginning of the game, the player needs to select his character from available and jump into the world where he must fulfill the requirements of various goals to complete the each of five primary scenarios. Goals of the game involves building and growing the town to a specific population. The game offers side stories, appearing within each scenario, involving smuggling a cult, rings and more. The gameplay revolves around the interaction with non-player characters in-game. Each character in the game has a friendship meter that decreases or increases based on the interaction like giving gift and gossip. The game puts the player in the role of the manager, who must struggle to manage an upcoming boxer in preparation and training session for a series of boxing matches at the local club. In the game, the player controls an unnamed boxer, whose father, who trained him, was killed. Now, the player aims to continue his training to become the best boxer at the local level, while following the set of clues to locate the person of murdered his father. During the gameplay, the player manages the boxer around the block through different locations in the city, including stores, boxing gym, his workplace, and more.
